Why? Anyone can do it. It would be unfair if only one person could but as long as it's allowed for all I don't see it as being an issue. In practice it's no different really than me waiting to the end of the month to see what picture comes out best
If all of the pictures get submitted at the end for a final vote tally, why would it matter if a member submits a different picture? There are quite a few members here that submit photos every month just to participate, and we REALLY appreciate that. Taking into consideration that the prize was announced after a few submissions, I think it’s only fair everyone gets to submit their best photo, to give themselves the best chance of winning a pretty cool prize. I honestly didn’t think that was going to upset anyone. My bad.
