This exists sort of. Got a buddy who bought the bare bones model 3D printer and printed all the parts to make it the most expensive model essentially. Saved him hundreds.. but i don’t think he really uses the thing. ?

In my prime I had exactly 700 fixtures going but this mess of lights will do. If I’m having humidity issues this summer I’ll just toss the 315 w cmh up to zap some humidity. When im golden, toss all the leds back in ?

Last couple of runs, Fall-Winter, 3x 600w HPS & 2x 315w CMH, all F&D, had to break out the dehuey and a couple of the bigger colas still got bud rot

Use Bordeaux mix (copper & lime) as a soil drench innoculant when freshly planted. From what I've read lately, boost cal-mag and add aspirin to bolster the immune system. Botrytis (bud rot) is most effective in plants with weak cell walls. That's why pests vector botrytis because they damage the epidermis. Botrytis doesn't just grow on rotten material but proactively produces toxins that cause necrosis. Epidermal breaks and weak cell walls are extremely susceptible to these toxins.
I used Eagle 20 as an innoculant this time but only because it's very early in the veg cycle. I don't recommend it's use as you near the flower cycle.
this is for hydro too? I think I need more silica, maybe I should do a foliar spray of it. I refrain from adding too much because it can raise pH too high and precipitates (locks out?)

I misunderstood, bordeaux mix is foliar. You should look up how to use it, or if you can use it, on hydro. I do know copper is used as a systemic innoculant in soil.

A member contacted me to make sure I understood how dangerous Eagle 20's active ingredient is. This member was absolutely correct, the product is extremely dangerous, even deadly if improperly handled or used. As always, do your reasearch before using ANY product to make sure you fully understand it's proper use (and I don't mean reading reviews).
I apologise that I did not make the severity of misuse clear when I mentioned it. Also, this product isn't legal for use on canbabis in several states/countrys, again, do your due diligence before considering use.

Aah silicates.. a real b!tch to use (cause of ph and what you mentioned) but it is THE SH!T!
I’ve ran it steady through veg in small amounts before and it was amazing how strong it makes yer b!tches! Real hardcore mma b!tches ?
That was in promix tho and I made it work ph wise. (SMALL AMOUNTS) a dab will dew ya.
Honestly tho.. doesn’t stop budrot if plant is already susceptible (weak cells or whatever) I ve had strains that suffer bud rot easy and some that never did in the worst conditions. That being said tho silica is awesome. But again a dab will do ya and hide that bottle away during flower or your smoke will get harsh. It only really needs to be used a couple times to help the plant. Better branch support and general resistance to f@ckery (powdery mildew included, but if one doent have the fans going and effort put into the environment nothing will save you.)
Only other way to fight bud rot is running the strains that don’t get it. My bubblegummer didn’t get it at all for example but the deep Congo was extremely susceptible. Others were mildly susceptible.
As rough as last summer was for high humidity, I observed many stains mildly or unefected regardless of flower size and yield
