For me I've found that happy spot at 240*. May have to do some more micro experiments some day. I've never ran it that hot before, I was worried of losing some terps etc from the high heat.

It's ok to do it that hot but it is a weird feeling when you are used the 240/40 standby. If you stone out and forget it, there is a penalty it looks like. Generally, for oil I do the 240/40 but the 320/5 for tincture. With tinc I'm in the kitchen anyway, it's easy to watch.
 
I didn't want to make a new thread with this but I thought it was cool as hell. My wife is at the dispensary and the cops were there. She almost turned back home but saw that they weren't there up to no good, they were helping the dispensary unload their truck because last week they were robbed at gunpoint by a bunch of gang members.
 
I made some cookies because I wanted something simple and cheap to test it out. These are Duncan Hines bag mix cookies with a little more than half cup of butter. I had to stop making butter, and edibles after gaining a ton of weight. Now I make infused olive oil and fill up a size 00 capsule every night. Best sleep ever.
I use the Ardent FX to both decarb and infuse. It does a perfect job every timel Much better than the oven method.
If you have some really old weed that has turned to mostly CBN; that will put your lights out for the count.

My formula = 1 ounce of weed (buds only) to a cup of oil. ?
 
Ya I definitely have to watch this butter, I just lost about 90 pounds this last year and i do not feel like being 300 again lol. Only 1 cookie per day for this guy. They're super potent. The cookie I had up there with milk cleaned my clock for about 3 hours. I ate another 1.5 cookies before bed and had the best sleep with the most vivid dreams. Great success!
