The Cast Iron Club

Another mid 1800's pan found at a flea market. Could not see any name on it there was so much crud. I knew there was a heat ring though, Paid a couple of bucks. Turns out to be an old Wagner #8, the gate marks on the bottom, date it as one of the first pieces Wagner made, Same with the "WAGNER" This pot is super thin.........I sold it, lol.

@Willie thanks for the rundown, and the great yard sale story haha... I know what I'm gonna be looking for when the yard sales start up again now

This may be a long shot but any chance you could ID this one? No name on it and it I've always wondered... it's the one from my father in law and my favorite 20201026_174020.jpg

Here's a shot of the whole crew (and a Shepards pie)

Shepard pie is looking fine.

My guess.......
There is a spine on the underside of the handle on that pan, looks like it goes right to the wall of the pan without being clipped. Also the pan has an unbroken heat ring that is inset.
Leaning toward a BSR pan right now. Birmingham Stove & Range
50's to 60's, probably marked as Red Mountain or Century with a paper label
