The Garlic smell you describe made me think GMO too. So it really is more pungent than the Susie?? I've got 5 GMO going right now and two Susie Cream Cheese but it becomes a wall of DANK because the smells mix lol.

My Susie didn’t smell at all really until it cured and than it got that cheese funk with a strawberry funk so ya this stuff is way funkier and taste so bomb it’s jarred up now so it can cure it should be even better in a couple weeks
