Yea oyster are really cool and I have the hay to keep it sustainable but I actually have a buyer for lions mane so I was looking for a way to keep it up after I have cut all the trees I want to lose. Right now it’s a few of honey locust and some post oak.

Here is a really good write-up from Waylit Jim on woodlover tek, building an outdoor bed etc....If you have not seen it before, it is a great read. I recall someone asking about building beds outside and such. I just mix up my spent subs into compost/raised beds, and get a nice surprise here and there. I have been itching to try this myself with ovoid or p.cyan.

Yes, it's 10lbs of pasturized substrate(exotic poo mix) and 5lb of casing layer.
I figured that would be enough for the bens and the grain bags.
The grain bags are finally showing signs.
