CBD dominate growing

Ok, i didnt really see a place for this but at least we can start here.
I'm finnally growing some cbd type plants.
Our drug type cannabis plants we grow to produce thc and we promote mass production through growing techniques.
Its in the resin gland on the outsides of the plants.
The cbd is not the same from what i gather, it is "in" the plant material. Is this correct or am i wrong?
Reason I'm asking is if i did any trimming would i just be cutting good plant material that cbd can be claimed from or is the cbd only in the flowers?
My plans are to produce tincture after the decarb process for medicinal uses.

As an update. Last night I pressed the cbd hemp/thc flower mixture and it came out really nice. A little dark from no filter and old ass cbd flower but what is odd is it fkd me up more than just thc dabbing. I'm going to be looking for a great indica cbd/thc strain for pressing.

When I started doing mixtures of cbg/cbd and thc dominate mixed in rso or rosin I def noticed it made huge spectrum benefits and also noti cable by many patients as a better rx for them, I would say over 50% gave me that testimonial without asking!

i also notice many of the cbg and cbd also had diff terps than my thc stuff so that also add’s effects and things I think in this current market is lacking ( singular selecting extracts and what’s in it vs multiple )
