Dinos Snack Shack

Absolutely, those look perfect! Agreed, a few extra bucks in ingredients can easily double the value of each brownie. And it’s so easy! Just follow the recipe. I kinda “free handed” the last batch and am paying the price now. Too dry and cakey. I dun goofed

Yeah I've learned my lesson with freestyling on bakes.

I used named brand Hershey for cocoa and Nestle for the morsels I would recommend better. My ganache was a lil bitter but still good. More of a dark chocolate cosmic brownie.

Got some requests for the hard candy, whipped out a quick batch of that this morning. Orange lemon flavored. Used 1 cup sugar and 1 cup canna sugar, so it looks pretty dark. Little bit of yellow food coloring to hopefully brighten it up a bit. We shall see. These are nice cause as you suck on them, they kinda take effect sublingually and you feel these pretty quickly. I’m a fan. Only thing with hard candy though is you gotta camp on it and pay attention. It’ll sit at 260 for 20 minutes then shoot up past 300 in like 2 minutes. Not really much you can do once it’s burnt. 385DE04F-D570-4383-9914-6ADAD5D23AE3.jpeg1A5E91F0-3D78-43F0-BAD7-8DD8CCADDABA.png0B02CD1E-C304-4167-B417-32CB86632EDF.png
I like this recipe, simple, easy, and doesn’t come with a fuckin essay about somebody’s stupid grandma’s vintage citrus zester she inherited.

You mean your great great great granny didn't leave those silicone molds for you to carry on the family hard candy business just for you to shame the name of Dino by making the devils candy ? ?
