Question Disappearing keyboard

Any one else having a Disappearing keyboard issue?
Press enter key, keyboard retreats ?

I seriously don't know what's going on, there have been no major changes to the site platform. Maybe it's something to do with chat? Have you tried turning that function off temporarily to see if it makes a difference?
