I built a humidity tent that would surely suit your need. I use this for myco projects, was a very easy inexpensive build, very controllable

If Hell came to high water, you could try building a mini tomato cage type thing and wrap it with cellophane. Poke a few breather holes, but not that many..
Keep in mind, you shouldn’t have to use it that long like @Bevers mentioned.

Why not buy clear plastic tub with lid. El cheapo style. I bought a 50 odd litre one for $6 from a hardware store.

Probably not what you're after @rocks, but I've had success using repurposed plastic bottles. The lids can be unscrewed or removed to throttle humidity as you see fit.

Maybe a 2 litre would work?

I have an 18 gallon plastic tank from an old water softener I removed for a client and built a pvc frame and taped plastic on it

Added water and put an aquarium heater and air stone in and now I can pop seeds or root clones with little issue. It could be made to fit whatever size, within reason of course.

I just stuck that solo in there to show the size. The smaller plants are clones and need to be potted but they're all wet from condensation and I don't have to add water very often.

A 5 gal bucket could be used or old aquarium. I built this one to help keep my sm greenhouse warmer in sunny so cal winters and it has really helped and made seed popping and cloning much easier. I remove the heater in summer?

Plastic tub is where Im headed. But want efficient transfer of photons from the LED, so Im thinking a large tub with a plexiglass top where I can get my light fixture right down on it and lose as little light as possible. Plexiglass... is that still a thing? Im old and havent been in the market for clear plastic sheeting in a few decades.

They both have pros and cons, specific to your application.

Grab a glass shelf from an abandoned refrigerator. Free and impervious to heat.

As previously suggested, I use a glass aquarium for this purpose.

I’d recommend a 55gal+ clear tub and flip it upside down if the lid isn’t also clear. You could also look into a Martha tent (indoor clear greenhouse)
