Both maitake seem to be colonizing, though slowly. Noticing that the edibles are taking a lot longer.

Figured I would give an update on these..they are doing something...very..very...slowly...feels hard on the inside, so I'm just letting them roll..

Really taking their time. Have to check the TMC or GGMM to see what the standard colonization time is, CO2 requirement, etc.
Apparently it's not the most aggressive myc.

No signs of funny colors, so let 'er roll on.
Good luck, I would love to see these fruit and get a culture myself. hehe.
