I was delivering the other day and saw a kid probably 15-16 walking down the street in a crisp, fresh DK classic logo on the red circle shirt. Our paths cross and I say to him "yeah, Nazi Punks FUCK OFF!" and he just stares at me like i called him a nazi...I say "i bet you cant even name 3 songs, can you..." and he just stares down and keeps walking. Lmao.

That's super awesome, actually. Because you can own that shit. I was really into music, but I was a shitty skater and metal kid back then.

I just tried to go buy some MG soil, and stopped at the local garden shop, they won't touch the stuff. Went to the local D&B Supply, FoxFarm, no MG. Went to Fred Meyer's and they are sold out.

WalMart? Home Depot? Do they have it? Looks like yes... God, I feel so dirty, like I'm buying something shameful.
This may be one kink that is too hard for me.

I'm not using MG specifically, but a blend of Amazon coco, and Ace hardware soil, (couldn't afford the good stuff, like you guys) so may the garden Gnomes bless all our cheap ass experiments!

In all fairness, that guy who hit him probably would've knocked me out too if I caught that square in the jaw... I question his reflexes more than his toughness, ol Danzig should've got his hands up or something

PS. anyone who claims they knew @Schwaggy P starting a thread about growing in Miracle Gro would include a video of Danzig getting knocked out is a liar lol... It's a winding road we travel round here

Did a quick slurry test with the MG and Ocean Forest

I have a couple extra clones that recently threw some roots so the only soil they'll know will be the MG.

I mixed up some of the MG fertilizer at the recommended rate for indoor (0.5teaspoon/gallon) and it came out to around 400ppm(0.5) using tap water. I usually feed with Dyna Gro Foliage Pro (9-3-6) at around this same concentration. They both have a (3-1-2) ratio. Throwing the label breakdowns side-by-side:

The lack of calcium and magnesium in the MG leads me to believe they assume you'll be using tap water and will get enough Ca+Mg from this to not need it in the feed. I was planning on using RO water, but I'll go with tap for a water source. I guess it is keeping with the whole minimum champion approach to this grow.​
 
Last year my first grow I almost doomed using mg and then feeding in the first month. Washed all dirt off roots repotted in dr.earths and went fine. My dad always complained about my uncles(other side) weed. Said used so much mg and that it was harsh and couldn't be healthy? Not to sure on that butttt I've heard someone else say it about his weed to lol.

Feeding on 2nd node like a boss...20-20-20 aswell at 1/4 strength.

Maybe danzig had miracle grow splashed on his head...why it grew twice as big.
 
Many of the Misfit Phein Club speculated about Glens gain in mass as if he was using Miracle Grow (Steroids). Before that he was a little guy and pretty scrawny at that -which led him to be kicked around by Doyle and Bobby. You can hear that resentment towards Bobby in a few direct lyrics as well. My only experiences with the "old school" ferts is the Schultz 20-20-20 liquid and it always just "worked". Never used MG before in over 20 yrs of growing. I know I know, how the hell has someone never used Miracle Grow?? I've also never watched a Star Wars either ?
Still curious as hell to see what comes of this thread seeing as how MG and Schultz arent too far apart in affordability and ease of use. Great thread Schwaggy
 
The reason i warn bout 20 20 20 is i got some on sale...25 pound sacks of Jacks 20 20 20 an 10 30 20.

I had albino boogieman on an autopot with 20 20 20 and it was so screwed up on to it was like a nute reveg....at 700 TDS.

I am selling all of my jacks soil stuff...i hate the shit. But if you are playing with the better formulations for cannabis.
