The first 2 pictures are the Buckeye Purple in soil; the rest are hydro. The leaves go purple when I grow her in the soil. I'm planning on throwing her into the tent when I eventually pollinate with the SSSC Skunk #1 male. I don't know if I'll spend time working a purple skunk that reliably go purple, time will tell.

SSSC Skunk1?!!! Dope! You know around what year it’s from? That’s awesome did you find it from seed or is that duke diamonds male?
They are F2 seeds from '89 stock. Popped a few packs about 2weeks ago.

No for real tho, I know the rks is hidden in some afghani lines. IMO that has to be where it came from.
The RKS-type plants are the goal with these pairings. I agree about the Afghanis. If the tests prove out the RKS plants, it'll be a staple on the Schwaggy Seeds menu. At worst, I'll have a throwback Afghan Skunk using top-notch older stock.

I really like the Skunky D. Since finding her, I haven't run Chem D for smoke. To be honest, I'm going to have to control myself with the Skunk #1. I've been drooling over that line for awhile and will probably dust everything with it. I've been pollinating at least one branch of my whole library with Skunky Brewster, so the Skunk #1 will probably be the same. ?
I got in contact with the guy on IG and talked with him about the Super Skunk. He has plans to hit a Chem and Triangle Kush with a male and was very worried I was going to scoop him. I told him I wouldn't sell any Chem/TK Super Skunk crosses or pure Super Skunk. I listed a couple of plants I would like to use and he was okay with it. I plan to use a male to pollinate '80s Black Afghani, Skunk #1, Appalachian Super Skunk, and Great White Shark (if I find a nice female). I will make some F5 to restock the vault and get some SS back to you.

That's awesome that you talked with him. I know he was upset with me. I felt like a douche after reaching out to him. Thought I was being cool by telling him. Not so much, clearly wasnt happy with me. Anyway glad he's good now. You're a good dude Schwaggy.
Honestly, I don't think someone can get that bent out of shape if they make seeds publicly available for sale. If there is something you don't want to be shared or used in projects and are not going to personally vet every possible customer, it's best to not release it. I know there was a grower from the other forum bragging about plans to hit a Chem with a male from his pack of Super Skunk. So either the seed seller didn't make his wishes known, or his vetting process isn't airtight.
With that said, I honor any wishes/restrictions on genetics as an adherent to the Golden Rule. I have cuts from guys that came with no share restrictions and even in the case of a falling out with a guy, I will still never let that cut escape my library.
