How are MCFs so far? I've got 1 female going into flower, and wondering what to expect, beyond my hopes for something generally Chemmy/OGish...

I dig my "Star Dragon" freebie, which is Stardawg x 3 Headed Dragon (TKx Hawaiian). It's a nice cross of Chem and TK traits, with little apparent Hawaiian traits, other than bleeding.

The MCFs stretched a ton and are yielding huge, rock solid main colas with very little side branching... theyre gonna be a pain to trim lol ... high leaf to bud ratio... the smell gets overwhelmed a bit with all the pungent citrus Ive got going right now but its a nice pine and chem smell... think they are both leaning towards the Motorbreath 15 from what ive seen

I've seen that Star Dragon around the forums a bit, sounds like a killer cross! Don't think I got that one, but I have so many Bad Dog freebies now its hard to remember!

Right on, she sounds real nice! I'm missing a good funky chem right now, but the search is always on, and there's always something close in rotation.

My MCF is probably a different pheno, so it'll be cool to compare them. Mine will go into her first flower tonight, and I'll try to keep updates on her. She's definitely not what I would call leafy, but I'm hoping she stretches to fill her flower area, and stinks like chem or OG... I've got enough other lemon stuff already...

I love the Bad Dawg freebies, but I'm running low, so better order something new soon!
The Star Dragon is nicer than I initially gave her credit for, so now, like most dudes, I'm trying to save cuts from her neglected ass before she leaves me forever for treating her so bad lol

I do have 2 more beans to try though, and I'm keeping positive vibes that they're a girl and a boy, for F2s sake.

Here's a pic of her last flower. Ravaged by aphids, and lacking mg, poor gal. She still delivered nice little golf ball nugs that cured to a coffee like smell. In flower, she was mothballs and lemons.

This is my first run with the BD freebies and I have to say I'm impressed so far. These nugs are gonna have some heft to them for certain...

Coffee smelling weed, its so uncommon where I'm at ... I got some bud my cuz called Kona Coffee Cookies that smelled like the inside of a Starbucks that I really enjoyed but Ive never come across anything else like it. That Star Dragon sounds ?

The mystery monkey did not germinate unfortunately... not sure why but the seed grew some fuzz so I just tossed it

Its aight though... seedling tent is getting a little crowded, had to move a few into the main veg tent20200819_153401.jpg

Hoping the KLK and Chem D x Choc D are ready to come down tonight, I need the space... the 32x32 might be getting fired up tonight as well if I'm feeling motivated

New lights in .... the seed bearers went in there and were joined by Cobs Copper Candy (back right) and Detroit Lemonade (front left)... theyre a little droopy cause the veg tent was in the dark, I run it 18/6...

My frostiest, purple-ist, SCJ wound up being the one I pollinated... so thats cool

The SunSystem 315CMH is definitely a nicer looking unit than my el cheapo fixture, but it doesn't even have a power switch on it which I find inconvenient
 
Dropped a Mephisto Skywalker today because one of these Meph strains has to be worth the hype... the CDLC found a home at a family members whos just getting growing... shes gonna keep it outside and see how it finishes

Also dropped a new Sour Sheriff from WickedPissah... I had a ton of issues with these so far ... one no germ and 2 damped off (which is not a common problem for me these days) ... but the smoke from their Black Cherry Pebbles is the best tasting, most complex and prettiest thing I've gotten from an auto yet so they get another chance

Over the last few days I started finding a seed here and there and started to guess that it wasnt contamination from the males but a nanner that I had missed somewhere... sure enough the KLK was the culprit...

Don't think the damage was too bad though... and on the upside I have 3 (OCxCD)xKLK fem seeds now which sounds fun...

Saw a couple others while trimming, all right in the crotch of branches against the stem where they were almost impossible to see sooner... oh well... having a tough week for herms... different tents too so hard to say if its my fault or genetics or just random coincidence

Rearranged the flower tent so the stuff late in flower was easier to get too... also so Big N Tasty got away from the CMH a bit... damn that girl is tall. The top bud is chin height on me...

I really hope this Rom is fire... shes such a cool looking plant... the dark purple stems, clustered buds and three leaflets are so distinct
