hemp laws makes even unrooted clones under 0.3% = “hemp“ and anything under 0.3% delta 9 and preservation of seeds also lets us keep even illegal plants for the sake of “ what if they become legal” . The scare back in the day ( at least for me ) is since majority seedbanks were being sold internationally and could be found by customs and than it was being shipped to you, which gives the government a spotlight ur a grower or connected. USA seedbanks removed that issue. Hints why I haven’t used attitude seedbank since first year I saw Great Lakes and all the great usa, not worth it!

I am pretty sure they have to first figure out how do draw up a bill that would give them the most money and total control of cannabis. But they'll dress it up with something that sounds great and plucks at the heart. I mean I am sure they have our best interest in mind, I trust them...they are the masters of the bait and switch game. The game is rigged. To keep the advantage they have spent the last 50-60 years dumming down the citizenry. Bastards are our employees...being controlled by the lobbiest's. Lobbying politicians should be a federal crime. I would vote for that.

That’s why you see so many more seedbanks now and the clone game . Farm bill that passed for transporting hemp opened the door. Think it’s .03% thc is the standard. Everybody know beans and clones have none. The banking thing is being worked around it seems on a state by state basis as in my state they have atms in the clubs but can also run a debit card not credit and it also will show up atm. The governor passed something on state level but not sure what, as as redneck stupid as he is, he is supposedly connected to one of the big multi club brands somehow or has an interest in

In my opinion this does almost nothing. This only forgives simple possession federally . 99.9 percent of possession charges are state or municipal. So he removes a few . A total reschedule is the only fair move .. political pr stunt before the primary. But I'm not a republican or a Democrat. As far as I can tell I'm on my own ....
 
No one is in federal prison for simple pot possession though.

Now if they reschedule weed from a schedule 1 level that would be something impressive.

Right now cannabis is considered more deadly/dangerous than fucking fentanyl! Fentanyl is the top killer of young Americans.

Fentayl, heroin, meth and crack are schedule 2. Weed is schedule 1.

It’s all because of control, which is why psychedelics are still schedule 1 as well. Anything that makes you question the power structure is a threat to their system.
