"West Coast Chronicles" by GK Genetics

I am jumping on the GK train. Started 4 God-o-War's and got 3 females. They are 5 weeks in veg now plus a 2 week seedling stage. Been looking at this strain for a while now and looking forward to flowering. Heavy defoliation today and will flip soon. @Phylex when i flipped my calendar to June i instantly thought of your dog when i saw it. View attachment 13570View attachment 13571View attachment 13572
He's a reverse Onyx! lol

Capt dare I say that you'll like the middle GOW the most. The one on the right has more defined ridges in the leaves, but I can see the middle filling out more and stacking tighter.

BTW - I bit the bullet and got Chikimasas trimmers back during the holidays. I will never go back to the spring loaded ones, unless they were the only ones laying around. I had over half a dozen pairs of spring load, and they have all been lost or put aside for the Chikis.

Right to left,
Early, late and un-topped?

There are some knock-out photo's floating around of that baby !

Mind if I join along? , or trail- most likely. I have a couple to flip , come spring.
Mine went right Beserkers, after a prune. We gonna need some stakes!

I cant wait to see your LED faders. Grow some nice fuzzy velcro buds, for us Capt. ? ,make @spyralout 's day.

It's interesting to see how your mind works. Several instances of evaluation from right to left. At an old job years ago, I watched a guy sign his name from right to left. I said, "Hey, cool, you write backwards!" and he answered, "No that is Arabic, this language came first, so it's forwards!"

I believe part of the fuzzy bud secret sauce is not being used in Capt's new 4x4 tent, but we'll see.

I do use those when i am trimming. But i kind of keep them for that alone i still use the spring loaded ones most of the time around the garden. That GOW on the left is going to be beastly girl. :ROFLMAO: They got a major trim today while sexing. Man i need to get better at this sexing it must have taken over a hour to sex less than 10 plants. Hence the heavy defoliation:ROFLMAO:

Hard to say how this round will go everything in the tent is new to me light environment everything! Been flying it by the the seat of my pants and okay so far.. Yea i am excited to flower them out and yes they have been topped twice . Got lucky on the female draw but a few more plants than i wanted to run the first go in there but i will try to jam them in there.

Dude, today I remembered an Ice-T lyric from 24 years ago, I also forgot to switch the Honda to 'run' position; before I pulled the cord 10 times.
Some stuff sticks, some doesn't.

My wife actually pointed out the switch, on the rental , to me. I love my snap-on girl.
We had a good laugh when I said. " I guess weed is not good for EVERYTHING"

Hell-yeah.

Bon-fire !!

I'm debating having a PH GK Genetics tester competition if there's enough interest. Winner would receive one pack each of everything I have in stock. ESTIMATED 1st place prize package will consist of 20+ packs.

I haven't thought too hard yet on the rules or dates. The idea is still in the infancy stage. Here's what I'm thinking so far.

- Beginning and end date of competition. (TBD possible Aug start)
- You choose how many plants you want to grow, however at least three female plants need to be documented throughout flower to qualify, and your single competition entry plant can be chosen in the final hour just before harvest
- At least one weekly update posted here in this thread
- Each entrant will choose which tester they wish to grow (select from the post above) and post their selection in the comments below.
- Every entrant will have a different strain. Once a strain is chosen, it cannot be selected by another entrant.
- I'll choose the top three based on a multitude of factors, but the community will choose the winner from my top 3
- I would greatly appreciate smoke reports from every tester, but this will not be apart of the contest as a winner will most likely be chosen around harvest.

If we generate enough interest, I'll mail the testers out just prior to the start of the contest.

Sorry my Canadian brothers and sisters, but I'm limiting this contest to US only for the ease of shipping.

@Phylex

You named a strain after me. Insane. I'm beyond flattered. You even considered the oldskoolness of the strain cross. This is gonna be a badass cultivar, just from the lineage, not cuz of the naming lol.

I am so elated that you're back in the saddle and putting out more new creations. You are very skilled with the crosses and thoughtful with your strain names. This past year most of my plants were from your beans. That's saying a lot, 100+ beans. And all because of your generosity. It is beyond an honor to even be associated with you, let alone have a strain named after me. Nothing but ? for you brother. Damn. :flame::phenohunt:

So whats the story on Hyper Dragon ... Ive been reading your website and thread for the last hour haha. That Hyper Dragon x Celestial Ghost has my attention, as do all the Darshan crosses ... and well, everything you have going to be honest...

I feel like every day on this forum I see a plant and think "I need to grow that as soon as possible" haha

No doubt my man. You're one of the nicest, genuinely kind men I've met. I greatly appreciate all you've done and the immense amount of help you've given me with testing and smoke reports. I felt it was only fitting. Nothing but love for you too brother. ?

Hyper Dragon is (Dragon Berry x Hyper Glue) by Reno Genetics
- Dragon Berry (Cherry Bomb x Turbo Diesel)
----Cherry Bomb (Maui Mowie x Cherry AK-47)
----Turbo Diesel (Sour Kush x Sour Diesel)

- Hyper Glue [GG4 x (Afternoon Delight x C99)]

I was testing a bunch of different cultivars and had this one in the mix. It was a mutant that I had just decided to let live. It was a funky, intriguing looking plant, with a very robust central stalk. I didn't consider it for any serious breeding project. I wasn't keeping it around as I have too many other projects going on. But she was just too damn funky to let go without a little experimenting. So I dusted her with a few different chosen selections of pollen. Anything Hyper Dragon was a side, mini personal, chuck project/experiment. I wanted to see if any newly discovered progeny could be as funky looking as possible. I'm confident the mental effects will be there, but these were more so geared toward 'not the norm' looking plants.
