Nothing Fancy

Set the cups and plumbed the FX 8 hole bubbler.
This is where the wheels fall off!
It took took much time to get water to all sites, cycle too long. I’ll have to revisit this, still a good idea?

Abandon ship, fortunately all I had to do was uncrew the bubbler, screw in the standard f&d fittings, done!
Well, except not enough water to flood.
One advantage to the top feed, doesn’t require as much reserve.

I may sex the regs here, but Fems are heading to the show!

Side note, lil’ grumpy cake is coming around, I think she saw the light or endless darkness!

Is that run off an airpump? Possibly just to many sites for the flow rate? Or am I way off here?

Second bubbler?

On your light I would suggest removing the reflectors from the cobs. Since you are in a tent you will actually reflect more light into the canopy and the light from the qbs wont be blocked.

It can be a pita to do right. The CO2 is the cheap part.
Ya, the entry fee is where they suck you in.
Kinda like growing, all you need is seed, medium and light. ??

The bubbler is connected to a 250 gph pump.
I have some of those Waterfarm rings that are powered by air, I bought them for the sight tubes I tried on dwc buckets, but never tried the water ring.

A second bubbler would work, but for this, I think the f&d makes more sense for a temp situation.
I can switch it back once I whittle the numbers down. Thanks.

Sorry for the confusion, the light over this is HLG 100 qb 4K at 30”.
It’s not dimmable.

Lighting plug- I bought a HLG65 off A a couple years ago. They sent me a HLG100.
Shortly a couple of rows of leds went out.
I contacted HLG, explained exactly what was going on, said I needed to buy a replacement board, driver was still good.
They responded back wanting my address.
The rest is history!

Things are looking good in the FX tray, turned the light to 600, it was 88 degrees this a.m. no bueno.
I think this is fixing to end, really no way to finish in here and not sure how some would tranfer to net cups.
Things come to me while I’m typing here, so it helps me anyway.
It just occurred to me, I have a 8” lid and net cup for a uc solo bucket. I should be able to shoe horn her in that?

I think the Grape Pupil from seed will get a stand alone site.
Dealing with water is a pain, but as stable as things have been, should be pretty straightforward?

FX rez holding steady.

Pheno Hunt grow starts.
Noticed a new kid showed up, he’s a big talker, hasn’t seen these yet! ?

I need to make a move with these, their rooting into the tray. )
Watered this morning, 1st time, that’s one positive about rw.
Easy to overwater if not careful.

Can't you add more airflow or cooling of some sort?
Maybe run at night whens its cooler out if the first is not an option.
When I added more lights and such as things expanded I had to upgrade my fan sizing alot to compensate.
lol, and then a porto ac for the shop for when things get really bad during the summer.
Rooms recirculate their air to and from the shop so cooling the main room cools the rooms and tent as well.

I could make it work, was not my intent to expand, it’s a runaway!
The line was back there! ?

Guys, what are you doing to prep to run hydro in regards to sanitizing?

I’m not breaking mine down, don’t need to, but need to clean.
Running bennies influence what you use to clean?
I just scrub and rinse with the hose. Sometimes spray some peroxide or very light bleach. Then when ready to use again, run the system with some RO and drain. Haven't had any big issues yet. Although I am waiting on some Enzymes Komplete, a suggestion from Red, to eat up all the bits of roots in the hydroton.

I’ve used bleach, but even on your hand, the residue is hard to get off.
Seems inside the system, residual bleach could inhibit benny growth?
Probably not a big deal, but I like the peroxide, let it run for a day or so? ?We lose a lot of paperwork around here. ?
I used my 35% up, looks like most are using 3%, readily available too.
